Technical description
1.Advanced machine structure than traditional machine that the horizontal type of workpiece processing in oder to avoid any chip in the hole.
2.We used TBT single blade solid carbide drill bit.The cavity of drill bit sprays high pressure oil during drilling.Thus it is able to eject the iron chip from the workpiece hole strongly and easily.It's suitable for processing of high-hardness material.
3.Mltor deep hole drilling control system is mature application and we already sourced and developed them on Mltor series of feeding and biomass pellet ring die processing machine.
