Product Description

The MLT-YK3132 CNC high-speed gear hobbing machine is an excellent domestic vertical gear hobbing machine carefully developed by Mltor and equipped with completely independent core technology. The machine is equipped with an MLT gear hobbing control system, native core gear processing algorithm software (non-secondary development macro program operation), and the technical advantages of multi-axis NC servo drive. The BC axis uses a high-precision, high-torque servo direct drive motor (DD servo motor), which has high speed, high precision, high torque and excellent dynamic response performance. It is equipped with a workpiece hydraulic clamping cylinder and a tailstock hydraulic lifting function. Compared with other similar equipment, it has the characteristics of high processing accuracy, high processing efficiency and good precision retention.
This machine tool draws on the advantages of domestic and foreign CNC gear hobbing machine tools, combined with its own years of accumulation, and has the following main features:
1.Each axis is directly controlled by an independent direct drive motor, which features short transmission chain, good transmission rigidity, and high transmission accuracy characteristic.
2.The direct-drive spindle motor is directly installed on the tool holder to directly drive the hob for cutting. It is different from the traditional gear hobbing machine design in which the spindle motion is transmitted to the spindle through an ordinary or variable frequency motor through a long transmission chain. This design greatly reduces the transmission error and improves transmission accuracy, and enhanced related transmission characteristics and transmission rigidity. The rotation speed can be continuously adjusted within the range of 0-2000r.p.m. The cutting speed can reach 180mm-200mm/min. It is especially suitable for high-speed and efficient hobs with small diameter multi-start hobs tooth processing.
3.The worktable adopts a high-torque direct-drive motor, which changes the traditional form of worktable driven by worm gears and worms, improving processing efficiency. It adopts high-precision and high-stiffness rolling bearing support, so that the maximum speed of the worktable can reach 200rpm, which significantly improves the  processing accuracy and processing efficiency of machine tool .
4.The main guide pair adopts a rectangular large plane and a V-shaped hardened guide rail, which has good transmission rigidity, high motion linearity, and radial and axial rapid motion speeds of up to 6m/min.
5.The machine tool is equipped with an oil mist collector, automatic chip removal device, etc., so the labor intensity of workers is low.
6.The hydraulic and lubrication parts of this machine tool are separated from each other, which improves the reliability of the hydraulic system.
