This machine processes tire mold (Max Dia. 1000mm) (Max height 430mm) (Min DIa.400mm) (Φ0.8mm-5.0mm) which mainly used on automotive Industry.

· MLT-Z228t CNC control system, with many unique MLTOR deep hole drilling technology inside, such as expert process database, online vibration monitoring, drill-break protection, power-off memory, etc.
· Friendly man-machine interaction interface, easy to operate, only a simple training can be skilled. Improve work efficiency, reduce training costs and reduce human intervention.
· It integrates the function of hydraulic pressure, oil cooling, filtration, chip removal and oil mist purification. The processing progress is highly automated and practical. At present, the whole process of unattended processing is achieved.
· Using imported gun drill bits that customized for MLTOR machines, makes our efficiency much higher and extend the tool life.
· Can process vent hole of the two-piece molds, segmented molds. Sidewall plate and bead ring. As well as the direct vent holes with very small aperture. The innovative L-shaped bed design with back side drilling can realize the interference angle drilling which cannot be processed by traditional internal drilling method.
Service item:
1. Machine warranty period: 12 months once the customer receives machine, after 12 months, we may answer the customer's question on line or by e-mail within 24 hours
2. Mltor will prepare one more set of quick-wear components with the machine for the customer
3. Mltor will not provide or change any part or component for free if the customer damages them abnormally, customer needs to purchase them separately
4. Mltor will afford the customer's technician local transportation, accommodation and catering cost when the customer's technician comes to Mltor factory to have a train or inspects the machine before the machine delivery and the customer will afford their technician travelling cost
5. In the warranty period, if the customer requests Mltor engineer to support in foreign country, Mltor will supports to check equipment and train the customer technician for free but the customer needs to afford Mltor's engineer travelling expenses, local transportation and accommodation and catering cost
