This machine tool is based on the original MLT-N120 six-axis single-direct drive CNC high-speed hobbing machine, which is a new seven-axis double-direct drive CNC high-speed hobbing machine with domestic advanced level, which is rebuilt, upgraded and manufactured by our engineering and technical personnel.
This machine tool is a seven-axis dual-direct drive CNC high-speed hobbing machine working according to continuous indexing method, with four CNC linear axes: radial feed shaft (X-axis); Axial feed axis (Z axis); Tangential movement axis (Y axis) and workpiece tail seat feed axis (W axis). Three CNC rotation axes: table rotation axis (C axis); Hob spindle rotation shaft (B axis); Tool holder rotation axis (A axis).
This machine adopts the advantages of MLT-N120 6-axis single-direct drive CNC high-speed hobbing machine, and also has the following main features:
1, each shaft is directly controlled by independent AC servo motor, with short transmission chain, good transmission rigidity, high transmission precision characteristics.
2, direct drive spindle motor is directly installed on the tool holder, different from the traditional gear hobbing machine design spindle movement by ordinary or variable frequency motor through a long transmission chain to the spindle, and this design greatly reduces the transmission error, improve the transmission accuracy, and enhance the related transmission characteristics and transmission rigidity, speed can be in the range of 100-5000r.p.m stepless speed regulation, The cutting speed can reach 1mm/ min-15000mm /min, especially suitable for medium and small diameter multi-head hob high-speed and efficient hobbing. This machine tool has an automatic clamping device, the tool can be adjusted on the tool setting device outside the machine first, the tool accuracy is high, making it possible to quickly change the tool, greatly saving the non-cutting time.

1.Machine warranty period 12-month once the customer receives the machine, after 12-month ,we may answer the customer's  questions on line or by e-mail within 24-hour
2.Mltor will prepare one more set of quick-wear components with the machine for the customer
3.Mltor will not provide or change any part or component  for free if the customer lost or damages them abnormally, the customer needs to purchase them separately  
4.Mltor will afford the customer's technician local transportation, accommodation and catering cost cost when the customer's technician come to Mltor factory to have train or inspects the machine before the machine delivery and the customer will afford their technician travelling cost
5.In the warranty period , if the customer requests Mltor engineer to support in the foreign country , Mltor will support to check equipment and train the customer's technician for free, But the customer needs to afford Mltor's engineer travelling expenses,Local transportation ,accommodation and catering cost.
